La Fontana Condos
La Fontana is a new condo community in the historic city of Saint Augustine, Florida in the World Golf Village area.”Fontana” translates to “fountain” in Spanish and with the Spanish history being a big part of St. Augustine’s history, La Fontana was a perfect name.The first task was to brand the community. A logo was designed using blues that reflected water and the Florida lifestyle. The fountain is used for the water meaning and is rendered from a fountain in the historic district of St. Augustine.
Next, La Fontana needed an online presence as they would capture the attention of people from around the United States and Canada, looking to live in the famous communities of the World Golf Village (which houses the World Golf Hall of Fame and two of Florida’s top golf courses) and Saint Augustine, Florida, the nation’s oldest city. The URL: www.LaFontanaFL.com was selected and an SEO, responsive website was created.
Next up was social media. A custom Facebook page was designed to send visitors to the website and offer them the online version of the printed brochure.
To date, we have also designed a Pinterest page for La Fontana with boards that reflect the building at the property, the city of Saint Augustine, home design, and the World Golf Village.
